Returns and Refunds

At Hello-Peony, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the items. All returned products must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging.

Important: We cannot accept returns on used cosmetics for hygiene reasons. Additionally, items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to [email protected] with "REFUND" in the subject line. Please include details of the items you wish to return.
  2. Secure Packaging: Return the items in their original packaging, if possible, ensuring they are securely packed. We can only issue refunds for goods returned in their original, unopened condition, and in resalable condition.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. These shipping costs are not refundable.
  4. Trackable Service: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Without confirmation of delivery, we cannot process a refund.

Once we receive the returned items, they will be inspected. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for opened or used products. Upon receipt of the returned items, we aim to process your refund to the original payment method within two weeks. Please note that during peak periods, it may take up to 14 working days to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
